Yes. A few hours before your booking, our dispatch team will contact you to confirm the building name, unit number and any intercom, reception or security arrangements needed for access.
2. What happens if parking is limited outside my building?
Let our dispatch team know when they contact you before the visit. They will confirm the most practical parking or unloading point so the booking can begin without unnecessary delays.
3. Can I arrange cleaning for a tenant, landlord or family member in Overport?
Yes. You can make and pay for the booking even if you will not be at the property. We will confirm access arrangements and the appropriate onsite contact before the visit.
4. Do I need to move furniture before the cleaning begins?
No major preparation is required. Please clear smaller personal items from the areas you want cleaned, but heavy furniture does not need to be moved. You can also identify any rooms or tasks that should receive priority.
5. Can I request the same cleaning crew member for recurring visits?
Yes. You may request the same crew member, and we will assign them whenever availability allows. A different member of the Haveitnext cleaning crew may occasionally attend when scheduling requires it.
