Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your order's journey! Simply follow these steps:
1. Sign in or create your account using the same email address you provided during checkout. 2. Navigate to 'My Account' and then select 'My Orders' from the menu. 3. Choose the order you wish to track. 4. Once your order has shipped, you'll see a tracking link. Click on it to follow your order's progress and check its delivery status.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times can vary based on where you are, what you're ordering, how you pay, and item availability. On average, most orders reach you within 2-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email notification. You can also keep an eye on your order status anytime in the "My Orders" section of your Haveitnext account.

Please note the delivery times above are estimated. However, we're dedicated to delivering your order within these timeframes and will promptly notify you of any changes. We deliver on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00.
For urgent orders, we may deliver during the weekend (Available in Durban only).

Our Delivery Fees
We're excited to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over R450, making it easier and more affordable than ever to get the products you love. For orders below R450, we offer standard delivery for only R75.

If you've received an SMS confirming that your order is out for delivery but are unable to be present, you can arrange for someone else, such as a trusted neighbor or friend, to collect the delivery on your behalf. Make sure to provide them with the 3-digit delivery confirmation PIN that you received via SMS, as the driver will need this to hand over the order.
If no one can collect the delivery for you, please contact us as soon as possible with a preferred delivery date, and we’ll do our best to arrange to have your order delivered on that date.
*We can only deliver on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We can make the necessary changes to your address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may no longer be possible to update the address.

Haveitnext is proud to offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. No matter where you are in the country, we’ll deliver your order straight to your doorstep. Thanks to our extensive network of logistics partners, we can ensure efficient and reliable delivery, making it easy for you to get the products you need on time, anywhere you are in South Africa.
International Delivery
We only deliver within the South Africa boarders at the moment. Occasionally, we may make exceptions and ship outside of our borders. If you're interested in international delivery, please contact us. Our support team can check if shipping to your location is feasible and can provide information on any additional fees that may apply.

If you find a missing, damaged or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Before reaching out, please gather the following information:
Note how many items are affected.
Provide the names of the missing, damaged or incorrect items.
Check if someone else, like a reception, received the order on your behalf.
Confirm if the package arrived in good condition and was sealed properly, with no signs of tampering.
Include your order number and a description of the issue when contacting us. We’ll work quickly to assist you with a replacement or refund.
