- 01Booking a Service Ready to book? It’s all online and takes just a few minutes. Simply follow these steps: 1. Go to Book Online Open: Book Online You’ll see our service catalogue with fixed options and clear scope (what you select is what we deliver). 2. Choose the service you need Pick the service that best matches what you want done, then click “Book Now.” Tip: If you’re unsure, open the service details to double-check what’s included. 3. Pick your date and arrival time On the scheduling page, select: Your preferred date The time you’d like the crew to arrive 4. Fill in your booking details Complete the booking form with: Name & surname Service address Contact details Tip: Add unit numbers, estate names, and any helpful access info so the crew can find you easily. 5. Checkout and pay online At checkout you’ll: Enter your billing address Pay securely via our payment gateway You’ll see your full total there, including the R35 Service Guarantee fee. 6. Look out for your confirmation email Once payment goes through, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Tip: If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam/junk — or contact support and we’ll help.
- 02Quotes & Fixed Pricing We don’t do quotes - you can book instantly with fixed pricing. Haveitnext works on a fixed service catalogue, so you’ll always see the price upfront: Choose the service and any add-ons you want. The price shown is the price you pay — your total includes the R35 Service Guarantee fee. There’s no inspection step and no custom pricing. The crew delivers exactly what you selected, within the booked time. Tip: If you’re not sure which option to choose, open the service details to check what’s included before you book.
- 03Service Scope & Customization Haveitnext runs services end-to-end with a clear, fixed way of working. That means every booking is delivered with: Clear scope (what you select is what’s included) Fixed pricing (no quotes, no custom pricing) Time-capped delivery (the crew works within the booked time) This keeps booking fast, expectations clear, and pricing predictable. If you need more done: add the relevant add-ons or add extra time (where available) so the crew has enough time to complete it.
- 04Arrival Times When you book, you choose the time you’d like the crew to arrive. On the scheduling page you’ll see the available time options for that service. Just: Pick your date Choose your preferred arrival time from the times shown Times can vary depending on the day and what’s already booked. Tip: If your preferred time isn’t showing, try a different date - availability change as slots get taken.
- 05Service Duration Each service has a set time allocation, and you’ll see it when you book. When you’re choosing a service (and any add-ons), the platform shows the time linked to that option. On the day, the crew works within the booked time to deliver the service as selected. A few helpful notes: Different package sizes come with different time allocations Add-ons can add time (where applicable) If you want more done, you can select extra time (where available) during booking Tip: If you’re trying to cover more areas in one visit, add the right add-ons or extra time upfront so the crew has enough time to complete it.
- 06Booking for Someone Else Yes - you can book a service for a friend, family member, tenant, or client. When you book, just make sure the key details are correct so the crew can arrive and start smoothly: Enter the correct service address Add a working contact number for the person who will be there (or whoever can assist) Make sure someone can provide access at the property Tip: If it’s an estate or complex, include the unit number and any access notes (gate code, guard instructions, etc.) to avoid delays.
- 07Do I Need to Be Home? Not always - as long as the crew can access the property and someone can assist if needed. You can book even if you won’t be home, but make sure: The crew can get access (keys, gate, security/estate entry, etc.) A contact person is reachable by phone during the service Any instructions are clear (unit number, estate name, where to enter) If the crew can’t access the property, the service can’t start. Tip: Add access notes during booking (gate code, guard instructions, “call on arrival”) to keep things smooth.
- 08How Far Ahead Can I Book? You can book as far ahead as there are available slots on the calendar. When you select your service and go to scheduling, you’ll be able to: View the available dates Choose an arrival time from the options shown If a day is fully booked, it won’t show availability for that service and time. Tip: If you’re planning for a specific day, book earlier to secure the time you want.
- 09Service Areas (Durban) We operate in Durban, and availability is confirmed during booking. The quickest way to check if we service your area is to start a booking and enter your address. If your area is available for that service, you’ll be able to continue with scheduling. How to check: Go to Book Online Select a service Enter your service address during booking If you run into any issues, contact support and we’ll help you confirm. Tip: Estates and complexes can take longer to locate — add the estate name and unit number for smoother arrival.
- 10Common Installations Home Installations is for fitting or installing items you have already purchased. Common bookings include: TV wall mount installations Curtain rail and blind installations Shelf and mirror installations Picture hanging, grouped installations Lockset and handle replacements Hinge installations Minor hardware fittings Tip: If you have multiple small items, group them into one booking so we can work through them in one visit.
